Hi;

I'm looking to University of South Carolina classes table (Computer Science) at https://ssb.onecarolina.sc.edu/BANP/bwckschd.p_disp_dyn_sched
I notice many courses are already full.
Is this indeed an issue, or they tend to solve it an the end.

I didn’t see many classes in the CSCE area that were completely full for the Spring, so I didn’t see exactly what you are seeing. I’m also not familiar with USC, but do keep in mind that students generally register in late October, early November for their Spring classes, so you would expect that many of the sections would be near capacity by now. In this day and age, almost no one shows up, enrolls and registers right as classes start, most of that is done months in advance. For example, most 2015 Fall Freshmen at USC will start enrolling in classes in April/May, so if you waited until August to look at the schedule it would look pretty full.
