I am studying abroad at the University of Sydney this semester. I need to maintain a high GPA, and my grades will transfer back. I have heard earning distinctions (A equivalence) in courses is very difficult, and much harder than earning an A at an American university. What are the easiest courses, relatively speaking, to take at the University of Sydney? Which professors give out the most distinctions? I am willing to take any course; I'll just count it as an elective if it doesn't count toward my majors. Thanks.

OP, DD is looking at going to Univ of Sydney or Murdoch to Vet school. What advice can you give about admissions to Sydney? Did things like SAT/ACT scores and APs matter, or was it heavily weighted towards the Australian ISAT and other such criteria? If so what is your recommendation for preparing for the ISATs? I didn’t see any books or on-line courses.
