<p>Hey I would like to go to UT and was wondering how expensive it would be? I have 3 650's on the SATS, very involved and can write a good essay. From South-east Pennsylvania

UT is notorious for being stingy with their scholarships. For Texas kids, at least. Can’t imagine being much better for OOS either.
