Hey everyone, thank you for your help. I would love to get a gist of where I am in the admissions pool. Here are the stats.

Note: The McIntire transfer acceptance rates encircles a 3.85 GPA and 1225 SAT (slim margins on either end--30 offers for around 230 applications)

My Stats:
-In state resident, Christopher Newport Univ.
-GPA 3.79 (big trend upward--3.6, then 3.74, then a 4.0 with 19 credit hours, now a 3.95 midterm report at 18 credit hours)
-Business GPA---4.0
-SAT 1350/2000
-EC's with leadership, Social Fraternity member and leader, & Business Fraternity member and leader (two fraternity memberships), made significant accomplishments in both organizations at a leader (brought in funds/awards)
-General EC's and academic accomplishments--CNU Leadership Program, CNU Honors Program, CNU accounting club, CNU scuba club, community service
-Best academic accomplishment-One of 30 students selected by the business faculty to take a financial aptitude test (BAT), I then scored at the 94th percentile.
Work Experience--Worked in Medical Billing-I filed bills to insurance companies
Executive Mentorship Program-I am being mentored by a Partner (partial owner) of the Dixon Hughes Goodman accounting firm (the 13th largest accounting firm in the USA). The program is like an externship.

The main thing I see here is that last semester I got a 4.0 with 19 credit hours, as an honors student, and member/leader in two fraternities. I loaded up to get all of the pre-req's filled.

Thank you for all feedback, let me know if I can help you also!
