I have been accepted to both schools and I'm trying to figure out the pro's and cons for each school. Pls comment on each school. thanks!

As a Seattle resident I have to say that the UW’s reputation is pretty well-deserved, and I see a lot of bright peers coming in and going out, typically on their way to do really cool things afterward. Northeastern draws me much more than UW though, mostly because of the co-op program and NMS aid. So you can put the co-op program and NMS aid as pros and perhaps the location as a con (because Seattle is an awesome city and UW is perfectly located)

Congratulations! Last year I was also was accepted to both of those schools and had to decide which Husky I would become. I chose Northeastern for financial reasons, but I would recommend it in this economy because Northeastern is a great school for work experience, and the co-ops cannot compare at any other school. Also, Boston is the best college city in the world. I have friends at other schools such as Harvard and Boston University, and the Northeastern campus is downtown, yet also has a campus feel. I’d say go for Northeastern, unless you specifically want to be in Seattle (a beautiful place) or that UW has an excellent program for your major.
