<p>So I’ve been looking around for more information on this program, but don’t seem to be getting a clear picture of what it is exactly (aside from the fact that it is research related). To Penn Students, what is it exactly and how do I go about applying for it once I get to Penn in the fall?</p>

<p>Some people are nominated for the program when they apply and receive information about the program a few weeks after the acceptance letter comes.
