And since I'm not sure how many of you can actually see that if you don't have a Facebook, here are the details:

2/17/07
10:00 AM
Tressider Union

We'll just be hanging out and getting to know each other and have some fun. :) Whether you're a current student or an early admit, everyone's welcome! We're trying to fix up a real cafeteria lunch, so if you're a current student who has extra guest passes, we could really use them! :D Post here if you have any more questions/comments. Look forward to seeing you!

Surprises? Like when everyone thought you were a guy?
[/quote]
LoL, yeah, surprises like that. I kind of form mental images of everyone... imagining hairstyle, features, all that. I'm usually wrong. I was wrong about you too ;)

Admits, what would you like to get out of the visit that we current students can help with?

Man, I would go if I could! Wait.. I might be able too lol. One thing I'm looking forward to at Admit Weekend is to find some of the CC admits.. I've seen some of your guyses facebooks, but it'll be cool to meet in person!

Yeah, 10 is early. I can't exactly remember why we said 10. I think it was because we were thinking of taking the 11 o'clock tour of campus. The one hour one? shrug I doubt we'll even need it now considering how many current students are volunteering to show up. :) Thanks sooo much guys!

Visitor Information Services is closed that weekend. There may or may not be tours anyway. If there is you should go on the tour because all the tour guides are incredibly awesome people :) Not that I'm biased or anything...

I suggest you meet by Pete's Coffee inside Tressider. It's easy to find and you should be able to identify other people there easily.

:) Yes, the zone by Peet's (also near Subway and Union Square) is a good place to meet... even though only Subway is open on Saturday. There is a big seating area with lots of tables.

Weird, I was so sure the office was closed that weekend. Apparently not... The private tours are usually just for school groups, a bunch of people traveling together as tourists of any form, tours for the elderly, sometimes tours for VIPs, etc. I suppose you could call and ask to be sure, but I really doubt that a private tour would be necessary. It seems somewhat silly. Then again, if there are 100 of you it would actually be a problem.

mmmm....unfortunately yes. ;) If you want to come later, though, I can give you my cell number, just in case we're still not in the same place. can you pm me your facebook id...or whatever they are... o.O;; :)
