So I am pretty close to graduating this fall. I have my 3 credit internship left and one other class that is nothing of real importance. My professor wants 460 work hours to be completed for my fall semester internship, does that not seem excessive? Every other university I have looked at usually ranges from 120-180 hours for 3 credits. I mean I have an internship but it gives me 20 hours at best (22-23 if I am lucky) per week. You would just about need to work full-time to even satisfy my professors requirement and in a relevant position to boot. They do allow you to continue your internship past the end of the semester so at least there is that...

This came as a complete surprise by the way. Nothing in the course description or program information pointed this out. It wasn't until I actually signed up for the internship that this came to light and obviously a smart student finds their internship before the semester starts.

Thoughts?
