Unrelated major with the financing field but I'd like to be an FA.

I'm student in the University of Nevada Las vegas for hospitality management and I'm expecting to graduate this winter.

I do interpreter(Korean bilingual) for my part time in Convention and I figured out I'm really good at sales and communicating with the buyers from all over world.
Also I took 400 level financing class, figured out I was the smartest one in the room and professor even asked me to tutor my classmates. (I'm naturally good with the numbers)

I been thought about becoming Financial advisor and found the training program (PMD) from the Bank of America and meril lynch.

There are many things that I feel so complicated to move on.
1. My visa status- I'm F-1 student, no SSN,
Is there a chance that company may sponsor for my visa, to the first year trainee??

Company preferrs to have someone who have or can pass the Series7&66, CFP.
This Fall semster is my last one and I have plenty of time to study thos exam materials.
and I'm smart one, good at passing the exams too. But even If I pass those exams without sponsor from the employer(I don't work and can't due to my visa status), untill when should I find the employer who can sponsor me so my license won't be terminated?

thanx for read:)
