UofSC vs Texas A&M

The University of South Carolina and Texas A&M are looking to be my top 2 choices right now and here are some notes regarding each option:
Desired Major: Aerospace Engineering

UofSC:
Tuition reduction makes it the same price as my instate flagship (30K/year)
Direct entry to Aerospace Engineering

Texas A&M:
60k/year
First year has to be at Texas A&M Galveston Campus
Must be in pre-engineering and then apply for specific engineering major

Which option would you choose? I would be fine attending either school.

@Vgopalam i don’t know anything about So Carolina Engineering school, but if it’s a decent rated school, I’d jump on So Carolina! Direct entry AND way cheaper!
Only way you’ll get in-state TX tuition is to get $4,000 worth of A&M scholarships (which is quite difficult).
Sounds like you’ve got 2 great choices!
