Upcoming Visit! What to see what to do

Hello all,

I will shortly be making a cross-country trip to see Boston College, I have a campus tour and “Eagle Eye” info session, but I also have the rest of the day to explore on my own. What are some things I should see that are off the well-beaten tracks that would be worthwhile (they could be positive or negative aspects of the campus.) Or anything in the immediate area. I probably won’t get another chance to visit before choosing which school to attend, (pending acceptance) so I’d really like to make the most of my visit.

Thanks!

Check out at least one of the main dining halls, Lower will probably be open (located inside Corcoran Commons), and maybe get something to eat. I’d take a quick trip over to Newton Campus to check it out too, since 40% of freshmen will live there.

Thanks for the response! Anything else of note?

go to the original uburger on beacon in kenmore and get some onions rings to go with the burger. downtown and allston locations are inferior :)

I will be sure to check that out! Thank you
