<p>I am trying to update my application with my Winter grades and also state some changes that will be happening for spring quarter but when I log in and click update, it will not let me. It only allows me to print my application. Did anyone else have trouble with this? Maybe I am supposed to update with my winter grades somewhere else? Im not sure. </p>

<p>The Transfer Academic Update form actually closed on April 1st, which is why it is not listed on the application anymore. Are you trying to update your grades for UCLA and/or Berkeley?</p>
<p>What I would do is IMMEDIATELY fax your Winter grades to each of the campuses and call to confirm they have received the fax. About a month ago, a UCLA rep told me they WOULD review my Winter grades (though it would not be calculated into my GPA) and I should just submit it through the Transfer Academic Update form. I am not sure if the same would go for you since you are a little late but you should DEFINITELY fax your grades anyways ASAP.</p>

<p>Hi iiBoGO! Thank you. I am updating them for Davis, UCLA and Berkley. My community college released the Winter grades around April 5-6th and thats why I was unable to update them but I will give them a call! Thank you!</p>
<p>This thread might be confusing to some people in that it might make them think they missed something by not updating their transfer app update with winter quarter grades. We should clarify that it’s not required to submit your winter quarter grades unless they specifically ask you for them. It wouldn’t really be possible for most of us to add that to our applications as we received grades after the April 1st deadline. Furthermore, to take Berkeley as an example, they even go as far to say that they “cannot guarantee that updates made after January 31st will be considered in the review process.”</p>
<p>Unless the UC asks for it, I wouldn’t worry about it. </p>
<p>In my case, I never sent my winter grades and was accepted at Cal.</p>
<p>Shoot. I sent in my Winter grades update and the changes I will be making for Spring quarter to UCLA. Now Im worried that it might affect my admission decision to UCLA since I failed one course (which I am retaking this quarter) </p>

<p>Sorry about your situation, College102. I hate to tell you this, but if you hadn’t sent them the update, a failed class in the winter quarter would likely have gotten your admittance rescinded anyway. Someone else back that up please so College102 knows where he/she stands?</p>
