<p>I would send it in as soon as grades come out.. As for me, I'm sending mine during the second week of February because I still have a competition to compete in and might place..</p>
<p>I think that unless you have a potential event you may make a notable achievement in before march 1st, you should send it in as soon as your grades are available.</p>
<p>I don't think there is any particular advantage if you send it in early.</p>
<p>Sending it in as late as possible.. maybe something will come up late :D</p>
