If my school sends my updated transcript, does it have to be “officially” sent or can it be mailed by my guidance counselor “unofficially”

It probably depends on your current school. If it’s sent by your counselor not by you or your parent, I think that counts official. However, it better not have “Unofficial” marked all over it.
Our registrar emailed the transcript. That counts as official in our school at home.
I decided to play it safe and go with the official transcript sent by the registrar. I still don’t understand how each one costs $6 but whatever
