When my counselor faxed in an update to my application, will the admission officers be informed of the update? Or else how does application officers know when an application is complete or received additional info.

As far as I knew, the only way for a counselor to submit additional information was through the Optional Report. It is not guaranteed that the information will be read by them otherwise.
