UPENN early decision chances?

I'm a female international student living in Spain.
GPA is 92.87%, took 6 APs (3 this year)- AP Lit, AP Spanish, AP Calc (AB). Last year i took APUSH (apscore: 4) , APLang (apscore: 3), AP2-Design (apscore: 5).
I'm applying to upenn (Early Decision) for fine arts which is in the college of arts and sciences there.
I have a pretty good art portfolio but my sat scores are kinda..not so great.
Sat 1 (june) : 1820
Sat 1 (december): 1850

Sat 2 Subject Test, Spanish with Listening: 700
Sat 2 Subject Test, Math IIC : 770

I've also won many art awards, including a Gold Key award for the Scholastics Art and Science contest. I've also done 3 internships so far (at a gallery, a corporation, and a news network). And, I've been doing community service consistently since 9th grade.

What are my chances of getting in? What can i do? As you can see, my SAT scores do not meet the standards.

What is unique about me is that I am asian and hispanic..and I've lived in many countries like Guatemala.

Btw, im applied to UPENN CAS (fine art)

There have been people who have scored 1700’s on the SAT but they have still been accepted by Ivy League schools (University of Pennsylvania included) because their list of community service and extracurricular activities were satisfactorily impressive. You have also received high remarks on your Advanced Placement exams, you should add them in because then you will receive credit for each course and exam grade. In addition, you are also Hispanic, which you can apply to be a URM (Underrepresented minority) and that will generally increase your chances of getting accepted pretty much anywhere…but just slightly. I personally believe that you have a chance. I wish you the best of luck.
