The main problem seems to be ur test scores - 2140s not great and u dont have ACT results yet - also no SAT IIs yet so its hard to accurately say but heres my opinion:

UPenn - probably not
Northwestern - reach, but decent shot
UChicago - same as Northwestern
Cornell - outside chance
Dartmouth - small chance
Vanderbilt - tough target/easy reach
USC - target
Boston College - target
Claremont McKenna - safety
University of Florida - safety

Your only limiting factor will probably be your GPA. Otherwise, UChicago’s probably going to depend on your essays, as will, possibly, Northwestern (depends on the school within NU you’re applying to). Most of the others seem like a solid match, but, as a Floridian, I can tell you you’re definitely into UF.

UPenn - Reach, but ED has a high acceptance rate
Northwestern - Med-Low reach
UChicago - Reach
Dartmouth - Reach
Vanderbilt - Low reach
USC - Match
BC - Match
CMC - Unsure
UF - You’re in

If you can retake the SAT and improve, I would do so. Your GPA may will be at the lower end for some of your schools as well. I would say that UPenn, Cornell, Dartmouth are decently high reaches. UChicago, Vandy and NU are low/medium reaches. I’d your your a match for USC and a low match for BC and in at UF.

I would say that UPenn, UChicago, Cornell and Dartmouth are reaches because of your GPA and SAT. Try to get all As from now on (if you are a senior make sure to get a 4.0 first semester). You should definitely retake the SAT, if you score a little higher I would say those schools will become low reaches. All the other schools mentioned are matches/safeties.
