Also I was a nursing admit so it might be different?

-Unweighted GPA (4-point scale): 3.84
-Weighted GPA (5-point scale): 4.6

-class rank/size: school only does “deciles,” and I know I’m in the 1st decile (top 10%) from around 580 students

-ACT: C 35, E 35, M 35, R 34, S 35
-SAT: superscore 2180
1st time: 2120 (CR 680, M 770, W 670)
2nd time: 2150 (CR 720, M 740, W 690)

-SAT II scores
Chem: 730
Math II: 700

How do u guys compare schools? Like how do u know what school (accepted) is better in the major that u are applying?
What do u guys look for in a school? (Aside from money)

@HelloEveryone27 I think besides knowing that they are strong in their major, visiting is important. Just to get a feel of the campus and environment of the school

@nolanconcepts No. After what happened with WashU, I don’t want to find out before decisions. Don’t want to run the risk of seeing other people realize that they have a package while I am in school, and check, and realize that I have nothing coming -> rejected

@businessg101 It is working, however, it is not updated yet with the students for this year (I think at least). Until they do that, all new applicants would probably be listed as unable to access the site

This link thing happened on Yale SCEA, and it was an accurate sign of admittance or denial. (BUT I think it was only a few hours before decision time)

@businessg101 - it’s not updated with RD decisions; however, it appears as if ED decisions have been processed and the housing site updated for them. And only them.

Guys, calm down. There’s less than 48 hours left until decisions come out. No point in freaking out about something that could or could not be real. Everyone’s gonna find out whether they were accepted/rejected in 2 days anyways.

Rejected from CMU. 2310. 800 math 2 meh grades lots of ecs. Not much leadership. Tests are meaningless.
