UPenn RD Class of 2022 Discussion

@anyexreita, it might have been the difference between deferral and outright rejection! Good luck to you too!

@seekerofcollege It weighs way more heavily in ED, as it says on their website. Don’t think it counts RD.

honestly i know im getting rejected I just want to see the letter so i can move on with my life and commit to a school that I love and that wants me just as much as I want to go there

A denial letter puts you in fine company on this board considering they will deny 90% of applicants.

time to go dig myself a nice big hole and cover myself with dirt because i am going to be R E J E C T E D :)))

Relatable! @iamasadperson
@ccln2018 and yeah I’m gonna do the same!

And being a legacy only impacts early decision applicants.

@collegecrazy2017 lmao ikr i dont think i can survive the last 2 hour wait for decisions although i already know what’'s going to happen x…x

Do you think I can get accepted via protesting rejection?

Can anyone confirm release time?

@red98blue 7 EST, so in an hour and a half

@psssthoy Remember that about another 10% will be waitlisted - assuming similar to last year. So the agony continues for some of you.

@CU1986 oh joy.

@ibNervous I am a deferred legacy @seekerofcollege it only counts if you applied ED but if you were deferred it still counts

To all Parents, Time for HAPPY ivy HOUR !!! knowing that I won’t have this hour again until my grand kids apply.

@sleepisamyth that’s what I was hoping! Grasping at straws!

I feel the rejection coming. Won’t even be surprised tho

Legacy, deferred ED

@matt4isu All I know is I identify as a UPenn student so I’m showing up on move-in day regardless
