UPENN send emails for missing materias?

I ,realized my Upenn portal isnt a reliable source, I wrote them ( regional advisor) and pretty much made it clear “we’ll be in touch should we be missing anything we need to evaluate your file!..” so dont worry if your portal says " not satisfied" unless they ask you to submit anything, dont worry.

update:

MyPenn Portal is now closed and you cannot check your materials anymore. So if they haven’t contacted you about a missing material then they have received everything.

I don’t know. The same thing has happened to me for Columbia. This:"This is a guess: Most of the top 50 colleges and Universities have allocated about 90% of their classes. The last 10% are the matter of much discussion in committee each day. I should think that even those schools that announce on their website on March 30 at 5pm would be done except for the last 1% by Mar. 25. " From DUNNINLA is what I believe to be true.

I saw this too, which was weird because my counselor rec never got “received” according to the Penn Portal.

same for a lot of people. my transcript, according to the portal, was never received. They however never contacted me though so apparently they have it.

My Portal says everything but the application and the supplement is missing, so I’m hoping that, since they never contacted me, they have everything.

I’m also worried because I never sent in a counselor recommendation because I’m a transfer. I read in several places that it’s not necessary for transfers, so hopefully that’s right.

Also, I’m not sure why it says “College Official’s Report (2).” Were there supposed to be two of those? Sometimes I feel like colleges are confusing on purpose. :(
