Upenn vs Princeton

I’ve narrowed it down to these two for early app. Although Upenn’s ED might prove beneficial for me, I am not totally sure about it because I want to major in engineering( or physics) and from the information I’ve seen on the Internet Princeton>Upenn in these aspects. But the thing I hate about Princeton is that because it is in a suburban and relatively remote area, it’s life is way different from penn and is not that social. Plus I’ve heard that there are a lot of requirements at Princeton (unnecessary that is…pls no hate, I’ve just heard this, correct me if I’m wrong). I want to go on to grad school. Which of these two will be better?

Why is a school that’s in an area that you “hate" and you think is not that social one of your top 2 choices? Have you tried to find schools that would be a strong fit for you in terms of location and social life?

I think you’re right that Princeton is better at engineering/physics (ESP with physics, Princeton is famous for physics!), but UPenn ED will significantly help more, because it’s binding and Penn is a slightly less selective school. HYP is extremely difficult to get into, and SCEA may only help you marginally.
