UPenn writing supplement help?

I'm not sure I fully comprehend the prompt. It goes as follows: "The Admissions Committee would like to learn why you are a good fit for your undergraduate school choice (College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing, The Wharton School, or Penn Engineering). Please tell us about specific academic, service, and/or research opportunities at the University of Pennsylvania that resonate with your background, interests, and goals. (400-650 words)"

Am I just supposed to expound upon "specific academic, service, and/or research opportunities" at Penn and how they "resonate with [my] background, interests, and goals"? That seems too formulaic. Are they looking for something else?

Thanks!

Maybe you can evaluate a specific experience and how Penn’s resources can help you develop that interest or goals. For example, if you like cooking, you can say that Penn’s got students who love food and terrible dining hall, all conditions that facilitate your chance to becoming a good cook.
