<p>The short essay says to be 300 words or less but mine is around 350 and I can't really seem to cut it down anymore.. For anyone who has been accepted to Penn, is that much over the limit ok? I heard that in previous years, the essay was supposed to be 1 page long, approx 500 words.</p>
<p>My personal opinion is to follow the instructions and keep to 300 word limit especially for a selective college such as UPenn. I’m sure if you review your essay again and cut out details that doesn’t add to your essay, you’ll stay within the word limit. Good luck! :)</p>
