My counselor told me that my transcript can be uploaded on my Common App along with my school report and recommendation letter. On my Common App she uploaded my school report and recommendation letter. I assumed that my transcript would be lumped into my school report like she said, so I recently submitted my application for my Common App schools. However, the schools I’ve applied to are saying my application is still incomplete. One of them says my transcript is missing and another says my counselor recommendation and transcript are missing.
Do the schools need a little more time to download the files for my recommendation and transcript or are they not there? And is my transcript included in the “school report” file or did it not get uploaded? Would it be under a different heading or something? 
Usually the transcript is sent electronically by your GC and in our high school, the transcript is totally separate from the school report.
