Which building is the best choice for housing?

I don't want to have a noisy roommate nor noisy floor. Considering the amount of studying for my major and minor, I would need a quiet (at least, relatively quiet) housing. Also, I'd like housing near or on campus. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Here's the list on USC Housing:

Annenberg House (ANH)
Cardinal 'n' Gold (CNG)
Cardinal Gardens (CAR)
Century (CAP)
Chez Ronnee (CHE)
Corsica (COR)
Founders (FSA)
Habitat Soozee (HAS)
La Sorbonne (LAB)
Pacific (PCA)
Pisa (PIA)
Regal Trojan (RTA)
Roma (ROM)
Severance Street Apts. (SSA)
Sierra (SIE)
Stardust (SAI)
Sunset (SUN)
The Bungalows (BUN)
Troy East (TRE)
Troy Hall (TRH)
Tuscany (TUS)
Vista (VIS)
Webb Tower (WTO)
Windsor (WIN)

Seaver

General rule is, the closer you are to campus, the noisier it’s going to be. Especially if you pick housing between campus and the row.

Apartments are generally much much quieter than dorms in any case.

Webb is the first to fill up followed by Troy/Troy East.

Most important is to notify the USC housing office of your preference for quiet roommates.
Also, if you think you have any special interests, let the USC housing office know about your interests so that they can try to place you in housing with a similar student. The most important thing is to get a similar quiet roommate.

Fluor Tower has a Quiet Community seems to be available to the upperclass. Does anyone know how hard to get admitted to this special interest community, and what criteria do they consider when making the decision?
