How the heck is it possible!!?

So many views, so little answers.

i'd say practice your grammar skills, since it's "so many views, so few answers"

:-p
cheap shot but i had to take it.

Ummmm, i'd say more than trying to learn concepts, learn tactics. Buy an ACT book, learn it bit by bit, and make sure you give yourself enough time to improve. Cramming it down in a few days doesn't usually work.

good luck!

I honestly do not understand how you can make a comment on my grammar, and yet you can't even use proper capitalization/punctuation. You learn that stuff in first grade.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Actually, you guys are both wrong. Although there were a lot of views, no one replied; therefore, MustAttendBrown's comment on how there were "so little/few answers" would not make any sense.

i know my capitalization is wrong, and i'm just apathetic about it.

besides, it was only a joke :-p i don't assume, based on the fact that you aspire to brown, that you don't know basic grammar.

Ah, this is pathetic. I'm not going to get into a heated argument on CC.
It is too bad that the only replies weren't even based on the topic of this thread -- with the exception of one small suggestion.

READ, READ, READ, and READ. My son calls the ACT the "American Reading Test," and I think that is a good description of all four sections on the test. A lot of college students hit the wall because they haven't developed their reading skill enough in high school. Don't let that happen to you.

Good luck to everyone applying this year.

In my opinion, this test is a lot about how you approach it. My biggest problem, as it is, I assume, for most of the test takers, was to have enough time to go through all of the questions. WHat I found helpful is developing a strategy of how you approach this or that questions on the test, and adequate timing.

Ah, a good flame war. Haven't seen one of those in a while. LOL.

Honestly, you just need to practice. The ACT is mostly about timing; there aren't really any tricks. Best practice books are the official book and Princeton Review. Do the tests from both and you'll do fine.
