<p>I believe they can process UPS packages faster than USPS. I just had something shipped via USPS (got here this morning), and it wasn’t available for me at 6:00 PM (I even went to the counter).</p>
<p>With a UPS package, I was able to get it within a few hours. At least the line is much shorter now.</p>
<p>I ordered two items, shipped on separate dates, that came from West Virginia through fedex, which transferred my items to the USPS. On both cases, it arrived on time, but I guess it takes a day for the UPS office to sort it out. I don’t mind waiting a day extra.</p>
<p>My only complaint would be more organization. Have a one person assigned for students picking up a package, and others for shipping/etc.</p>
<p>If I had any money left I’d order something else to see if the turn around time for delivery at UPS store is getting better.</p>
<p>Last week and the week before I had a couple different shipments go through. A larger package of mine didn’t show up. When a smaller package through the same shipper arrived before it (about 4 days after the big one arrived) I went to go pick it up thinking it was the big package. Fortunately they were nice enough to take the time to hunt it down so I was able to pick up both packages that day. The last package I picked up was processed in time to be picked up late the same day (I had gotten the e-mail but no slip in the box yet.)</p>

<p>i think some of the employees are just bad at their job, i did notice how those lines were very slow.</p>
