Upward trend in GPA

My GPA tend goes as follows:

Freshman: 3.4/3.7 - most rigorous available; 3 honors
Sophomore: 3.5/3.8; 3 honors (regular math)
Junior: 3.9/4.3 (projected - I am doing particularly well in my classes this year). - 3 honors and one AP (regular math)
I go to a private Catholic high school in Florida. My school doesn't rank.

Extracurricular Activities:
Spanish National Honor Society
National Honor Society
Astronomy club (President; 10th grade)
Chess club
Science Olympiads
Newspaper club
Fingerstyle guitar (composer)

Volunteering hours: I will have done over 150 by the time of graduation.

That is all I have done so far, and I'm really worried about getting into college! I want to attend a high school summer program for Neuroscience to display my passion for that. I'd like to major in either Neuroscience in college.
I'm interested in applying to UMass, UConn, and Penn State.

Do I have any chance at all? Thank you so much!

Ok this upward trend whole very good makes it subjective. But it is a good thing. Get a good sat score. Penn state would be a match for you in my opinion. But do as best as you possibly can on the SAT

Check the Common Data Set, Section C for each school to see how you compare academically to admitted students. (Google it). As for the ECs, it’s quality not quantity. Put your time into the things you care most about. No one gets in or doesn’t because they had 150 vs. 500 volunteer hours - it’s what they did with those hours that matters.
