So I was trying to fill it out but I stopped at question #9:

OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION OF SOURCES OF FUNDS AND AMOUNTS
This is to certify that I have read the information furnished by the applicant
on this form, that it is a true and accurate statement, and that the funds are
available and will be provided as indicated.
SIGNATURE OF
BANK OFFICIAL ______________________________________________
TITLE ______________________________________________________
NAME OF BANK _____________________________________________
ADDRESS
OF BANK ___________________________________________________
DATE ______________

How do I get a bank official sign this? And not one, but for all the universities I am applying?
What if I leave it blank and just attach the bank statement?
PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ help !!!!!!
My deadlines are close
:(

Take however many copies of the form you need to the bank. Have the bank officer sign them all. I"m sorry but I don’t understand what the issue is. All you have to do is GO to the bank and have them sign this completed form. Take your most recent bank statements with you so they can look up your accounts and verify that the form is accurately completed.

If you leave it blank, it will be sent back to you…your application will not be deemed complete.

Is she an international student? If so then yes. All international students must provide a certificate of finances to be able to get a student visa. If she is a US citizen or permanent resident then no. This is a form required for international students.

Other posts indicate she is an international student from Albania.

International student have to show that they have the money to pay for the education if they are accepted. Your acceptance depends on whether you can pay or not. They want verification of that. So, yes, you need to make copies of all of your pertinent family assets and have them certified by the holders.

I was actually responding to another post from someone asking if everyone had to supply these forms. I don’t think that particular poster was an international. I guess they deleted their post after I replied to it. Hate it when people do that

Thank you everyone for the answers.
Yes I am an International Student from Albania.
Of course I know that all international students must submit the Certification of Finances form, and also all the documents that prove family income and assets and savings.

My question was how am I going to take a bank official sign question #9 in 10 copies.
No one here in my country allows that. I barely got 10 bank statements.

So I was thinking of living it blank and attaching the bank statement
with the COF.

Any suggestions?

You must have the forms certified by the bank or the form will not be accepted by the school and you will not be able to obtain a visa. Talk to a bank manager and explain that you must have them filled out, signed and stamped by a bank official in order to attend school in the US.
