Urgent help needed ASAP

I am a senior from KY w/ a 4.0 GPA, 33 ACT, all that stuff. I got accepted under Early Decision to Vanderbilt University, my dream school.

Problem is....I just got kicked out of the house last night.

Is there any way in the world I can still attend Vanderbilt? I have no job yet, but will get one soon. I am temporarily with a friend until I can find some friend whose parents will take me in permanently. I qualified for $23K of the $47K just through financial aid when accepted because my parents' total income was around $100K. Will Vanderbilt look at this situation and give me a near full ride for the simple fact that I only have enough money to barely survive at the moment?

If this is simply not going to happen, I have another question. Which schools could I possibly get a full ride to? I'm not going anywhere in KY because I want to get away from my parents as much as I can after they have done this to me. Are there any top-notch universities like Vanderbilt (or even in the USNews Top 100 or so) that I would be eligible for a full ride at? As mentioned, I have a 4.0, 33 ACT, and TONS of ECs.

Please help.

From the financial aid angle, you have no chance. You can not get need-based aid because you have separated from your parents.

Why don't you try to work things out. Parents sometimes kick kids out and it doesn't stick.

LnkinPrk777, I'd recommend you get in to see your GC first thing Monday morning and let them know about this weekend. Unfortunately, Vanderbilt will still feel that it is your parents' responsibility to fund your education. But right now, you need support from adults that you trust to help you work this out and your school counselor to help you explore all of your options. Good luck!

I already talked to my guidance counselor last week when I knew this was coming up. She said the college should pay for it, but then again I'm not too certain with the information she has given me because if I'm not mistaken I am the first situation like this at my school....as in no-one else has applied to a college under ED and may not be able to pay for it.

What the heck did you do?

Nothing. I just think now that I've turned 18 my parents realize they can get rid of me and not have to pay for things anymore.
