Urgent Help! Pharmacy Schools

I have question for a friend of mine.

What schools allow you to directly go into the pharmacy school? (from college)
How would you do this?

Rutgers has a six (or seven?) year degree. You start as a freshman and go all the way through.

URI may have a similar set up.

my friend is the 2nd year of college right now. He would like to get into a Pharmacy school directly so he would not have to worry about the PCAT all that much. Anymore suggestions?

this is a search program of Pharmacy programs, that you set various requirements to narrow your search. I looked for 4 year programs which do not require the PCAT and found 19 programs. I won't guess as to how many say the PCAT is strongly recommended, but I would guess most do. The College of Pharmacy associated with my Medical school actually doesn't even consider PCAT scores, even if they are available...which I found surprising.
