Urgent Help Regarding Admission Dates

Maybe this is an old topic. But i am in a veryy urgent need of an answer PLEASE.
I am from India.I am going to complete my Graduation in the year 2009. My query is that will I be able to take admission in US Universities (for MS) in fall 2009 itself or the next year? This is considering that, the final year exams will be in the month of May-June, and the actual US University application process starts when our final year results won't be out.

Plaease help me reagarding this...

I'm not exactly sure what you are worried about since almost everyone applies to graduate school while they are still finishing their undergraduate degrees (unless they sought work experience first). If you are finishing your degree program Spring/Summer
09, then yes, you can apply this fall/winter for entry into graduate school beginning Fall
09.

Thank You veryyy much, "uefastation". Actually i am worried that my results will not be out at that time, so i'll be not able to deliver my complete results with my application package, so....

PLEASE REPLY.....

Thanks in advance

Sorry, I am not familiar with India's educational system. What do you mean by "results?" Is this just your final grades? When you apply, you send them a transcript based on what courses you have already completed. Your grades during the final year are to some degree irrelevant to the application process since they won't ever see these grades until after they have made an admission's decision.

Don't worry about your final semester transcript. US universities will not need to see it. For example, my S graduated in 6/07 and began graduate school 9/07.
Since the universities he applied to all had application deadlines of 12/06, none of them ever saw his grades from senior year.

yes, you should apply for fall 09 admission. but be aware it is already quite late in the admissions cycle, many schools' deadlines have already passed...at this point, maybe look for programs with later deadlines (e.g. March) or with rolling admission.

Lee,

Not for 09.:) It is 2008 and will still be in the fall. The OP has plenty of time.

oh haha, sorry a little ahead of myself there...

Thank You, "leejwwc", "New_User", "momof3sons", "uefastation", very very very much. i appreciate ur effort for my cause. hope that i'll get help from you, in future, if needed...
