Hey, any MIT students... does ANYONE know if MIT subscribes to JSTOR (electronic journal thing mostly related to literature/the classics, not a science journal)? IF SO, WHERE THE HELL IS IT.

I am trying to write a paper and was hoping that since I already have my kerberos id I might be able to use MIT's subscription to the database, if one exists...

thanks so much!

They do, indeed -- the MIT Libraries site is here; click on "VERA e-journals and databases" in the left-hand column, then search for JSTOR. There are a bunch of different links that come up, but I think they all point to the main JSTOR database.

I think that for off-campus access, you may need certificates installed, but I don't remember -- it's been a while since I've had to read journal articles off-campus. :)
