Sorry for any inconvenience; I noted this as urgent because the deadline to P/D/F is coming up. I browsed through the forum and did not see a thread that was directly like my concern; so I apologize if I overlooked anything.

I'm a sophomore at Columbia and I'm taking Linear Algebra, Calc IV, Asian American Studies, and Graph Theory (graduate course).

The grad course has linear algebra as a pre-req. but my adviser told me to take it and, I've had many sleepless nights in trying to "catch up," but I've enjoyed it. I'm just unsure as to whether I should take a P or the B-.

I currently have a 4.0; I am a math major but I don't know if I want to go to graduate school for math or law school. I intend to take more graduate math classes in the future.

The professor told me the lowest grade she intends to give is a B- (I have heard that this is usually the lowest grade given in a graduate course..is this true?)

Should I P/D/F or take the B-?
