Urgent! No schools have gotten my scores after 6 weeks. What do I do?

I ordered my SAT subject and SAT I scores to be sent to 11 universities on 11/21. However, I just checked Princeton's application tracker and they have received all parts of my application except for my scores.

Does anyone know what went wrong or what I can do to fix it? I'm very concerned.

My only hypothesis is that since I used a different email address for CollegeBoard and for CommonApp they weren't able to link the scores to my CommonApp account. Does anyone know how this process works?

Thank you!

E-mail your schools and let them know what is going on! Then call college board

I tried calling CollegeBoard, but I’m only getting a machine answer- is today considered a holiday?

I think it is something other than e-mail. My son had a different e-mail for his common App and his test scores, but his schools still received the test scores. I would definitely call. Do you have your receipt? Have that out with all the information before you call.

I do have a receipt of all of my transactions. CollegeBoard claims to have sent all of these score reports. I tried calling today and it sounds like their customer service is closed. I’m worried that if I wait until tomorrow, I’ll miss the deadline for many of these schools.
I changed my email for CollegeBoard, should I try paying for all of my score reports again just in case?
Thanks!

I would not pay again. You have receipts showing that you requested the reports. As long as you have all your apps and supplements submitted, no school is going to reject your application because there is some error with the reporting of your scores and the school has not received them by the deadline. Might there be a problem with your name, date of birth or Ssn?
