URGENT PLZ HELP- Cornell vs UGA vs Villanova vs Wisconsin vs OSU vs Wake Forest

Hello, I am a high school senior currently trying to figure out where to go. I plan on studying real estate (in business schools). Cornell is the best business school (Hotel school) and has the most and best offerings for real estate. I really love the program but I am a FYSA (spring admit) and I really want a conventional college experience and I don’t like this option very much because of this. But, if classes go online in the fall(is there a chance?), then this option would be great since I would begin in-person classes at the same time as everyone else. Villanova has a great b-school and real estate program as well, but I prefer a bigger school atmosphere and a more social environment so I am unsure of this. UGA is the ideal social environment, though Terry b-school isn’t ranked as high, and not as extensive hands-on real estate program. I’m also honors at uga. Ohio state is another good real estate program I got into but seems like a mediocre state school and b-school isn’t great. Wisconsin-madison also offers a really good b-school and real estate program but I never got to visit and it is super cold and far away which concerns me. I also got into wake forest and love it but there are not a lot of specified real estate offerings in the b-school. OSU and uga are both very affordable, wisco is a little more expensive, and Wake nova and cornell are all more than double the price of uga and osu. I have one week to decide, any opinions? Thanks, I appreciate any opinions or recommendations.

Take the Cornell offer if money is not an option. In other words, will paying sticker make a dent in your parents’ retirement plans?

Even if they somehow figure out a way to offer Fall classes on campus, Cornell is really good about dorming all the incoming spring kids in teh same dorm. They also offer special activities for the newbies, so you’ll get a strong entering semester – albeit a semester late.

If money is an issue, are one of the publics your instate option?

Wisconsin isnt any colder than Cornell and the Real Estate program is one of the best in the country. But you can’t dismiss Cornell…you have a lot of great options!

Cornell hands down. This is the best year ever to be a FYSA…fall is very uncertain.

I got the TO from Human Ecology…if they gave FYSA, I would definitely do it.

Is Cornell affordable at double the cost of OSU and UGA? By affordable I mean your family can pay it without burden, and no loans greater than the $5,500 freshman loan would be necessary?
