<p>I have been searching the UC website, and I cannot find ANYTHING that refers to a transcript and/or a school report. What form should I give to my guidance counselor to send in to UC? I do not live in California, and I am unfamiliar with the process. Any immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated.</p>
<p>FROM THE UC WEBSITE:
If you are admitted, you must arrange to have an official, final high school transcript (showing your date of graduation) sent to the campus where you plan to enroll. Unless a campus requests it, do not send a sixth- or seventh-semester transcript.</p>
<p>6th semester is 2nd semester Junior year, 7th is 1st semester Senior year.</p>
