Our story starts with our son, to know him is to know he is innocent of cheating and being a minor child. He received a signature required packet addressed to him, a minor accusing him of cheating on the ACT!
The test center was not his home high school. He did not know other test takers. Why would he or they cheat off a total stranger? My son is intelligent, he set goals, received scholarship to his #1 college choice, watching him grow into a maturing young man, God blessed and watched over him during the test. He did NOT cheat. We choose option 3.
Our story is like everyone else accused of cheating, it’s wrong for ACT to bully and intimidate a minor, taking away futures. This has to stop.
OP has already added to the ongoing ACT Thread so closing.
