<p>Hi. So I'm an Icelandic resident who forgot to register for the ACTs and I had planned to take them in NYC. I realized I couldn't register and I had already bought the ticket. Now, my big dilemma is that I don't have a registration pack since they were not available in Iceland. I have asked two friends who live in NY to ask their counselors for a pack, but neither of them could get it. I'm wondering whether it's possible to fill out the registration pack tomorrow morning (say at 7 AM) and whether the test center will have it. I'm going to go to NYU first and Columbia if NYU is full/doesn't have the pack.</p>
<p>I've been trying to find the test center's number, but I can't find it anywhere: where can I find the number for NYU's center?</p>
<p>Also, they ask for a check (or credit card payment) but nowhere on the site do they specify to whom I should make the payment.</p>
