Urgent! Transcript problem!

Okay, so I heard a while back from my counselor (who isn't really a counselor because we never have people applying to US colleges, since I am an international) that he has only send in my Predicted Board exam grades to all my colleges, which are basically my Junior Year final grades (we continue courses over several years), but never explicitly states this (now it just looks like predicted grades, basically).

Then I asked him to send in my final grades from previous years along with my midyear report.

I assumed this constituted all three years, but apparently he has only listed final grades from courses, so for example, if I took a class in 9th, 10th and 11th grade, only my 11th grade final grade has been listed.

So, I e-mailed all my colleges and asked them if I should try to retrieve the other grades (freshman and sophomore year), some asked for the grades, but others ignored the email or send me a generic 'all your application materials have been received'. I will send the schools who did request the other grades the reports, but I am not sure what to do about the others.

Will colleges completely dismiss my application if they see the missing grades? Or will they request for more information if they notice? It seems a bit weird to just send them extra report cards.

Furthermore, my counselor never really explained how the Dutch system works, so I was wondering if I should include a letter to explain the system and explain a bit more about my own courseload (I took a lot of courses outside of my schedule, which most people don't really do, etc.)... Or is this obnoxious?

Anyway, I hope you can help me!

They will most probably be familiar with Dutch(and any other) system, I don’t think you have to explain anything. If they miss anything needed to evaluate your application, they’ll contact you.

Ah thank you!
I was just a bit paranoid that they would immediately toss out my application if they noticed the missing grades!

Merci beaucoup!

On another note, would they contact my counselor for the missing info or me?
It is currently spring break, so I don’t know if he will check his email and I am not really sure if he will send in the right information…?

Ugh.

I hate admissions.

I think they’ll contact you. But it’ll be safer for you to contact your counselor and ask him/her to check his/her e-mail.
