URGENT! USC Connect Problem!

I clicked on the Admission Documents box and then the "received documents" tab and noticed something odd. I copied and pasted EXACTLY what is being showed on the tab.

My question is, why does it say USC Connect received "Transcript: Hobart College?" I'm currently a senior in high school and never attended anywhere called Hobart College.

Also, It says it received a document called "Marshall World Business". I never applied to the World Bachelor in Business program, only for regular admission at the Marshall School of Business.

Finally, why does it say it received my "Academic History" 3 times, "Secondary School Report" 2 times, and "Common Application" 2 times?

Am I the only one experiencing this problem? Could they have mixed up my files with someone else?

P.S. I also went on an interview on November 11. Are the notes taken by the interviewer supposed to show up on USC connect?

Yeah, I’d call the admissions office.
Mine looks nothing like that - I don’t have any repeated things on the list and there isn’t even a mention of where my transcripts actually came from.

Wouldn’t worry too much about it. I remember my son’s listed things that had nothing to do with him, like SCA documents (he was a Thornton applicant). Eventually it sorted out.
