@NursingMajor7689 I went to look on the common app to double check and see if uri asked for a second major option if you don’t get into your first major and it only asked what your first choice major is! So fingers crossed!!
if you check under application details it should confirm your major on there. any pharmd out there? 
Any merit awards noted or when will that come?
I got accepted too! We all should be proud of ourselves for being selected to be part of a class size ogf around 3300 first year students and chosen from 15,000+ EA applicants!

Go to your portal. There should be an update at the top.
My son’s page doesn’t say anything different except now there is “Awaiting” next to mid-year grades. I guess that means deferred?

mid year grades were provided and posted in mid December. Kinesiology major. Maybe an update will post later today even though I did receive an email saying a status update was posted.
My daughter was accepted. At the top of the page there is a link indicating an update on 1/21

At the top of the portal link we received 12/1, it has “Stats Update. An update to your application was last posted January 21, 2019.” Then there is a link to an acceptance letter with a celebration animation and it states the acceptance package will be arriving by mail soon. Hopefully the Centennial scholarship will be good this year. His brother is a senior at URI in Computer Engineering/International Engineering and it has been an amazing experience for him so far with a lot of great work experience.
