Are you a senior? Which city are you from? It is hard to say anything given we know so little about you. And how can your unweighted GPA be above 4.0? Is it based on a 5.0 scale?

Swarthmore does not have undergraduate business. It does have Economics.

The SAT I and SATIIs are probably in the 25% range for a Swat admitted student but one never knows.. For the SAT I, your best 2 scores will be taken making it a 1410 probably.

Still hard to tell. No harm in applying, though and URM status certainly helps.

ha...you have to forgive me. Of course 4.1/4.5 means just that. I think your GPA is pretty good. Improve the SAT IIs and you have a good chance. This has been repeated many times but LACs read the applications very carefully. The 'Why Swarthmore' essay is very important, so spend a lot of time on it. Don't just say you like Swarthmore because if it's prestige. Have specific reasons why you like the college, like you want to study this subject and there are professors in that department who can help you...etc..

I think Swarthmore is the only LAC with engineering major, which will make it easier to explain "why Swarthmore". If you get your SAT IIs into 700 range, you'll have a very good chance, but even without it you'll be competitive, I think. Swarthmore is very aggressive at recruiting qualified URMs, and you clearly are one.
