<p>URSA only allows me to make a credit card payment of the difference tuition and financial aid. Financial aid hasn't been disbursed yet, how long does it take?</p>

<p>I think that, like paying your housing fees, it might take a day to be reflected on URSA.</p>
<p>And they explicitly state that refunds will not be given out until tomorrow.</p>
