<p>It looks legit. it reminds me of the "Who's Who..." organization as it states up-front that the scholarships are provided through the proceeds of the books they sell. And it looks like they are quite a bit more generous than "who's who".</p>
<p>I know everyone always says if it costs any money, then it can't be legit, but my D took a chance when she was a senior on the ESA Foundation. I believe they charged $5 to apply. She received a $500 scholarship from it last January!</p>
