I'm taking AP US history right now and wanted to give US history SAT a shot in May. Which books have you guys find useful or prepared you guys well for the test? Everyone's recommends AMSCO, but after AMSCO, what's the best prep book?

From what I’ve heard, the Crash Course is pretty good; although I haven’t used it. AMSCO is excellent, 5 Steps to a 5 is also of high caliber.
If you are in AP US or have been, don’t even worry about extra studying, the SAT II is essentially just an extended multiple choice section.

Never used any of those. I just used the official college board book for the two histories, using the two real tests in there to practice. If you have successfully completed a high level US history course, it shouldn’t be hard.
