<p>As you’re looking at that list, keep in mind that the criteria for the rankings changes virtually every year, sometimes in innocuous ways and sometimes in material ways. It is unlikely that comparing the rankings across years is meaningful. As if comparing them across institutions in a given year is meaningful…</p>
