I have a “A Note from Katharine Harrington, Vice President of Admissions and Planning, and Timothy Brunold, Dean of Admission” on the front of my portal page. I am quite confused. Is this a rejection letter? Because it seems like one to me. But at the bottom of my page I can still withdraw my application and upload stuff on my portal. Anybody who saw the same thing?
I’m not religious but I feel like praying now lmao

Frankly I find that tiny bit of info they put on the page about TTP annoying - they don’t link you to a page or any other information - sorta like, “Hey, check back in May - good luck and peace out.”
Now they have the foreign universities with a web page but there is pretty much zero zip nada on it, and if you called they can be terribly non responsive about it. I will say, it can be hard and way too stressful to go through all this acceptance stuff again with them next year (and not find out till April or May), but if you love love love USC, it is an option. Some will say great, some will say, no way they didn’t want me this year, heck with them. Your choice, do what is good and right for you!
