i think Berkeley is the way to go for what you are asking, unless you get a big scholarship or you prefer LA over Bay area. Either are amazing, so great choices. Congrats!

BTW, I never applied for fin aid/ never summitted FAFSA but I still have a USC ID next to my name in the fast portal, is that indicative of something?
& according to this link you’re only issued a USC ID if admitted ( for non-fin aid students that is)

I’m pretty sure 410 is the target enrollment, not acceptances, meaning that they’ll need to accept more in order get a yield of 410.
