My daughter just sent me an email that she’s been assigned to Birnkrant double in USC housing. Can anyone give me any information about Birnkrant that I can pass onto her? Thanks
It is the honors housing, or at least was before a new one was built. It is very sociable. Students usually keep their doors open to the hallway and everyone stops in to visit with each other or say hi. There is no AC, and the upper floors can get quite warm in the beginning of the semester. Bring a large, oscillating fan. My D was on the second floor, which was not too bad. Students on the top 2 floors sometimes slept in the first floor rec room to escape the heat.
